Work becomes a record without being retyped: from the prescription, from the job marked as done, from the terminal's file or from a new sheet. Each sheet is checked and confirmed; every later change stays as a new version, with a reason and a digital fingerprint.

From the planned job to the record

Jobs to do have fields, people, day and planned hours. «Mark done» creates the draft in the records; confirming it makes it final. The field logbook also gathers fertilising, sowing, harvests, irrigation and calibrations.

Exports

PDFs to sign and a package for the farm assistance centre

At the end of the year the record is exported as a PDF to sign and as machine-readable CSV and JSON. For the farm assistance centre (CAA) there is an archive with record, logbook, fields, parcels and stock and a README showing where each section is; for contractors, the treatment form for the client.
