Stock that updates with the work
Fertilisers, plant protection products, seeds and spare parts: stock-in by lot, stock-out from the records, alerts on expiry dates, missing stock and withdrawn products.

Every treatment, fertilising or sowing confirmed in the records draws the product out of stock, lot by lot. Stock levels stay real and the stock value comes from purchase prices. Agronix also checks the Italian Ministry of Health database and flags plant protection products that have been withdrawn, suspended or have expired.

Stock levels
Stock in by lot, stock out from the records
Stock-ins are recorded with lot, quantity, price and expiry date. Stock-outs come from the confirmed sheets; if the lot is not given, the one closest to expiry goes out first. Units of the same family convert by themselves.
- Stock by product and by lot
- Stock-outs from the confirmed sheets
- Value from purchase prices
Alerts
Know before something runs out
Agronix flags stock-outs with no stock-in, inconsistent units, lots expired or expiring within 60 days and plant protection products no longer authorised. Movements are exported as CSV; machinery spare parts are kept in the same stock.
- Expired or expiring lots
- Products withdrawn by the Ministry
- CSV export of movements

From the phone
The package code becomes a stock-out
With «Scan» in the field app, the camera reads the barcode or QR code on the package, with lot and expiry date. The first time, the code is linked to the product in stock, then the product is recognised automatically; the stock-out becomes a draft in the field logbook, to complete and confirm on the computer or iPad. The Field logbook module is also needed.
- EAN, GS1 and QR codes on packages
- Lot and expiry date read from the code
- Draft stock-out, confirmed in the office
