Where the data is
- Data and processing on servers in the European Union

- Survey processing on dedicated computing machines, switched off when done
Who sees what
- Permissions by area: edit, read only or no access
- Permissions checked by the server, not just hidden in the menu
- Terms accepted by the owner with a code sent by email
Tracked records
- Every correction to the records is kept as a new version, with a reason
- Chained digital fingerprints of the confirmed records
- Viewable history and PDFs to sign
Portable data
- Export in open formats at any time
- On closing the account the farm downloads its data; deletion follows within 30 days
- Vehicle positions deleted after 12 months
