A machine stopped at the wrong moment costs more than any maintenance. In Agronix every machine has its own record: model from the catalogue, documents with deadlines, maintenance, hour-based scheduled maintenance and the season's cost. For sprayers Agronix calculates the due date of the mandatory inspection required by law.

Machinery with deadlines and costs

Record and QR

Deadlines, maintenance and use from the QR code

Documents with an alert 60 days before expiry, maintenance with spare parts from stock, hour-based scheduled maintenance. The QR label on the machine opens on the phone the pre-use check, the start and end of work with the hours, and fault reporting with photos: a fault marked as «stopped» prevents starting work with that machine until it is fixed.

Mandatory inspection

Sprayers always compliant

Agronix calculates the due date of each sprayer's mandatory inspection according to Italian Ministerial Decree 4847/2015 and the National Action Plan, including new machines, contractors, targeted sprayers and spraying drones. The due date arrives among the alerts and by email.
