Follow the harvest from the field to the sale

Intakes from the recorded harvests, drying, stock by store, mycotoxin analyses and the value of inventory for the financial statements.

Harvest stores with stock and fill level

After threshing, the product passes through the dryer, silos and bins before being sold or delivered. Agronix records every step starting from the harvests confirmed in the records: how much came in, how much was lost in drying, what is left in each store and at what value.

Harvest movements with drying and outflows

Stores and drying

Stock updated at every movement

Silos, bins, sheds, platforms and stores at third parties, with capacity and maximum moisture. Intakes from the field or from the harvests in the records, drying calculated at constant dry matter with fuel and cost, cleaning, transfers, outflows and treatments of stored produce. An alert flags a full store or moisture above the threshold.

  • Drying loss calculated
  • Full-store and moisture alerts
  • Stock-in and stock-out register as CSV
Mycotoxin analyses with the result by use

Quality

Mycotoxins compared with the legal limits

For human food the maximum levels of Reg. (EU) 2023/915 apply; for feed, the legal limit for aflatoxin B1 (Dir. 2002/32/EC) and the European guidance values for the other mycotoxins, brought to 12 % moisture. The result appears next to each analysis, store by store.

  • Human food and feed
  • Values brought to 12 % moisture
  • Result for each analysis
Year-end inventory valuation

Sales and accounts

From outflows to the invoice and the financial statements

Sales and deliveries are selected and become a draft e-invoice, deferred with the delivery notes and with the crop's VAT rate. At year end, inventory is valued at the lower of production cost and market value, as the Italian Civil Code requires, and moves into the financial statements with one click.

  • Draft invoice from outflows
  • Inventory at the lower of cost and market
  • Production cost from field costs
